AI client achieves Registered Provider status

Dholak Partnership Homes, a client of Adams Integra, has successfully achieved Registered Provider Status with the Regulator of Social Housing (formerly the HCA Regulator) in December 2019. Dholak is a wholly owned subsidiary of the London-based developer Westcombe Group. This is the third for-profit RP that AI has helped achieve registration (after Shanly Partnership Homes and First Base's URL).

Dholak will provide 18 key worder apartments for Affordable Rent in its first scheme and aims to add c. a hundred further affordable dwellings in the next few years for social rent, shared ownership and 'London Living Rent' or rent to buy.
