Alex is a RICS-certified chartered surveyor with a wealth of experience focused on the commercial property industry. He has had a broad range of involvement in transactional business both as an agent and as a principal.
 

Alex has worked with the public sector, institutions, funds, and large corporations as well as private individuals over a period of over twenty-five years.

He has a proven track record across all market sectors including offices, industrial, retail and leisure uses. He has a thorough understanding of the development process with several years as a director of a commercial development business and is thoroughly versed in site appraisals and residual valuation techniques.

He is also a member of the RICS Registered Valuer Scheme.
