David has over thirty years’ experience in housing, having worked in both the private and social housing sectors. He is an experienced project manager and has specialised in viability work for the past ten years working for both Local Authorities and Developers on scheme-specific viabilities and district-wide viability studies.

David’s key skills are in land acquisition, scheme appraisals, viability work, project management and establishing and maintaining good working relationships with key partners. David has an Honours' Degree in Building Technology and Management, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and the Chartered Institute of Housing and has been a Board Member of a Registered Provider.
