Latest New Build Index from LSL Land & New Homes

It has been stated in a recent e-mail distributed by LSL that "in the year to end July 2018 new build house prices rose on average by 5.4% across the UK which is down on last year's figure of 10.3%".

In both the sales and rental markets, the lower valued properties are seeing the most growth in price whilst higher valued ones are "contuining to see year-on-year declines in price, albeit at a slowing rate".
