1. Perception Surveys
Adams Integra can provide both quantitative and qualitative information about how your organisation is viewed by:

These views are presented to clients in a comprehensive final report which can assist in developing activities such as:
• Strategies for improving relationships with other organisations such as local authorities and contractors.
• Actions to consider for improving the business
• Policies for improving employee satisfaction with jobs, working environment etc.
• Actions to improve tenant satisfaction with their homes and your services to them.
We provide a range of standard questionnaires, which we customise to meet the client’s specific requirements, these are:
• External Perception Questionnaire
• Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire
• Management Feedback Questionnaire
• Tenant Satisfaction Questionnaire
• Ad-hoc Questionnaires (We design questionnaires for any other need for information, for example, Housing Impact Studies).
After agreeing with the client the contacts to be surveyed we propose the most appropriate methodology which may be one or more of the following:
• Telephone Survey
• Paper Survey
• Electronic Survey
• Face to Face Interviews
• Focus Groups
• Process Perception Analysis
(The latter involves looking at the organisation’s process for a specific activity, for example responsive repairs, choosing a random sample of jobs carried out and then obtaining views of those directly involved in the activity – say, tenants and maintenance– and also those indirectly involved such as say, housing management staff).

2. Housing Need Surveys Plus
Local authorities often have a variety of sources in respect of housing need including commissioned housing needs surveys, the housing register and many more. However, sometimes it can feel as if there is plenty of data but not enough interpretation. Adams Integra can analyse, interpret and enliven such data, supplementing the information with further interviews and research (say on affordable housing provision requirements or supported housing needs). We can also carry out comprehensive housing needs surveys which can include the following:
• Determination of local demography and special needs groups
• Identification of:
- existing, newly forming and potential housing need demand
- preferred housing options of existing, potential and past households
- adequacy of existing supply
• Testing views of service users, advocates, carers and providers of support and accommodation
• Identification of housing requirement to address difference in above
• Provision of projected demography in terms of special needs groups
• Review of Council’s Housing Register and Housing Association transfer lists and comparison to housing need results
• Review Council’s Supporting People Strategy and determination of accuracy in relation to actual housing support need
• Review of sheltered housing accommodation
Our surveys can cover a whole local authority area, (county, unitary, or district) or can focus on a particular zoned area or estate. We can compose a housing needs survey to encapsulate any specific types of housing need that a client may require from key worker to homeless.
