Adams Integra has an unrivalled breadth of expertise in affordable housing development. We can advise on meeting Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) requirements.

We offer guidance with bidding for Social Housing Grant (SHG) for new developments, remodelling and joint venture partnerships e.g with private developers and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

We can also advise on site finding and site viability and project appraisal, estate regeneration (including resident consultation), procurement options (including setting up OJEU frameworks) , provide compliant Development Procedures and project management , plus development and sustainability strategies (including 2012 compliance) and staff and member training.

We run a Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) level 3 accredited Development & Regeneration training course known as HDARC.


Adams Integra can provide Housing Quality Indicator (HQI) and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments and carry out Development health checks and PPA audits. We can also assist with asset management and stock appraisals, including stock transfers.

In addition we can provide interim Development Director, Development Manager and Project management services, mentor and coach existing staff and help recruit key senior staff to enable registered provider development teams to function in times of change, growth or consolidation.
