Delivering our Services
Adams Integra training sessions are designed and delivered by consultants with wide experience in a variety of industrial, commercial, voluntary and public sector organisations.
All have a commitment to equal opportunities and diversity which is reflected in training practice and materials. Where relevant we also ensure that our sessions cover Housing Corporation requirements. We can also provide facilitators to help with specific changes in strategy/policy or in the consideration of specific problems.

Working Together
Adams Integra works closely with you at the planning stage to ensure training sessions are tailored to your needs. When appropriate, pre-course questionnaires are sent to participants to establish the existing level of knowledge. Staff can also play an active role in planning training programmes to ensure they are fully involved.
Sessions can be delivered at your premises, or at a location of your choice. Alternatively, joint training with another organisation can be arranged for some topics which help to spread the cost. Adams Integra can also find a suitable venue for the session on your behalf. Adams Integra will evaluate the effectiveness of all its training sessions and provide feedback to clients.
