Adams Integra provides a specialist service to the development industry in respect of affordable housing and housing market analysis. Our aim is to manage affordable housing provision and mitigate its impact on project viability.

On new opportunities we provide an estimate of the value of the affordable housing provision to enable the developer to realistically value the scheme overall.


Adams Integra can add value to schemes by advising on the likely financial impact of affordable housing; examining housing needs surveys to determine if the methodology and conclusions are sufficiently robust; negotiating contracts with registered providers; negotiating Section 106 Agreements and preparing viability appraisals to assist with planning negotiations. We also prepare grant bids and project manage grant programmes for developers.

Adams Integra have trained assessors that can carry out Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments and HQI Assessments to ensure that schemes comply with the Homes and Communities Agency’s Design and Quality Standards and are therefore eligible for Homes and Communities Agency grant.

It is important that Adams Integra are involved from the beginning of a project to ensure that our knowledge and understanding of affordable housing is used in a practical way to enable the best mix, tenure and location of affordable housing is achieved for all parties. The advice we provide will ensure that the developer can move forward on a scheme with certainty about the value of the affordable housing and the impact it has on the scheme.

We will undertake the selection of the affordable housing partner, assist with design and specification requirements and negotiate the terms of the contract with the registered providers.
