About the course
Adams Integra has for many years been providing Development Services and Training for RSLs
and others and we employ one of the largest and most experienced development teams.
In response to requests from our clients we can now offer a structured training course aimed
at those new to, or inexperienced in, Development:
• On the job training and mentoring; working to achieve essential competencies in key areas in a 12 month training programme, with oversight and/or mentoring from Adams Integra.
The course consists of several modules, including:
- Site feasibility and risk appraisal
- Project Management
- Funding Frameworks and Housing Corporation requirements
• Workshops plus seminars included
• The possibility of secondment
• Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) external accreditation to Level 3
