Adams Integra is a multidisciplinary social housing consultancy with its Head Office in Chichester and regional offices in Somerset, South West London and East Sussex providing consultant services to local authorities, the Registered Provider sector, and developers.
History:
For more than 20 years, Adams Integra has specialised in providing Housing, Development, Estate Regeneration, Planning, Training and Recruitment Consultancy services for the social housing or affordable housing market and is recognised for the provision of development services and is justifiably proud to be a market leader in undertaking Economic Development Viability Studies.
Adams Integra provides planning and site finding advice and assistance for landowners, private developers and house builders, registered providers, ALMOs, local authorities and housing companies, and also provides advice on Sustainability, 2012 Commitment, Housing Quality Indicators (HQI), OJEU European Procurement and Code for Sustainable Homes with trained and licensed assessors.
