Senior Consultant
Lorraine has over 20 years experience in public sector housing and has extensive knowledge in housing finance, procedural and regulatory systems through working for the Homes and Communities Agency. She has experience of a variety of funding regimes, financial risk management, project and staff management through work for a range of local authorities and registered providers operating in London and the South East. Lorraine has successfully delivered major regeneration/consortium projects involving tenant consultation and partnership working and has experience of developing supported housing projects. She orchestrated a pilot project promoting environmentally and ecologically friendly housing in East London.
